Jim Bachmann and the Day Drinkers are playing the first Humdinger Festival at Mesa Amphitheatre!!

PHOENIX — The City of Mesa, along with 2 of the state’s top promoters, Danny Zelisko Presents, and Stateside Presents with The New Times are happy to announce the first Humdinger Festival, featuring 10 of Arizona’s finest local bands to Mesa Amphitheatre on Saturday, February 23rd  at 2:00pm. Tickets for the event go on sale Friday, January 25th at 10:00am at www.mesaamp.com 

Recently a call was made on social media to bring the bands together who are interested in playing this historic stage, that garnered over 40,000 views on the various presenters pages, showing a huge interest by the music community to embrace this project, which is underwritten in part, by the City of Mesa. The first meeting of all of the bands was live on stage last week at the Mesa Amp, and everyone agreed it is one great Humdinger of an idea for a great event! 

The festival gives local talent an opportunity to play the large stage and gives music fans a full day of music to enjoy a host of talented musicians. Humdinger plans to showcase local talent each month at the Amphitheatre, thru June, which will enable 50 Arizona acts to perform for music fans during these 5 extraordinary presentations.

Tickets for the 1st Humdinger Festival are $12, all inclusive of tax and convenience charges, with children 12 and under accompanied by adults are free.  Local food trucks will round out the festival atmosphere.
